They sent the wrong size, and it wasn’t what I ordered. Frustrating because I was expecting the one I actually picked.

I ordered a tux in my size because the website said it was available, but then I had to chase them for an update and was told the next day it was actually out of stock. They offered a few alternatives, but none of them really worked for what I needed. It was frustrating since I needed it soon. The price seemed good, but their inventory info really needs to be kept up to date...

I had to do an exchange, and it ended up being way slower and more frustrating than I expected. My sister even asked if it was sorted yet because it dragged on for so long. Not the smoothest experience.

My tuxedo order from buy4lesstuxedo.com arrived packed better than I expected. The box wasn’t smashed up or torn, and everything inside was folded neatly, which was a relief because I’m kind of tired of having to chase companies down over basic shipping stuff.
There wasn’t any weird smell, nothing loose rattling around, and the suit bag was fine too. I had been a little worried about how it would show up, but it came clean and safe, so no complaints from me. 5 stars

I ordered my usual size and it fit really well. The pants and jacket were both pretty much right on, which was a nice surprise because sizing can be ridiculous sometimes

The tux turned out okay, so credit where it’s due, they can at least send a decent product. But the customer support made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. Not a total disaster, just probably not the place I’d rely on if I needed help in a hurry.
